This inspector is an active participant in several trade organizations such as ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), BOCA (Building Officials and Code Administrators), MABOI (Missouri Association of Building Officials and Inspectors), IAEI ( International Association of Electrical Inspectors).
This inspector is listed with the NEHA (National Environmental and Health Administration) as a certified Radon Measurement Provider.
We employ state of the art diagnostic equipment for electrical distribution wiring, as well as moisture detection, and RADALINK continuous radon monitoring system.
The Inspection Report is uniquely designed by the inspector to follow ASHI standards. It is clear, concise and user friendly, and includes relevant pictures, and when applicable, diagrams or illustrations. . It is not "canned" , "boiler plate" or "One Size Fits All".
The inspector holds a Bachelors Degree. He has been an instructor in "Home Inspection Technology" , and currently teaches a class in "Home Inspection" for St. Louis Community College Continuing Education.
We are independent of other influences or connections that can often color sales transactions. We do not accept referral fees from any other participant including pest control inspectors.
